Hysab kytab (“the App”) is owned and operated by Jaffer Business Systems (Private) Limited (“JBS”). This policy explains how JBS may use the information we collect about you, as well as your rights over any personal information we hold about you.

Information we collect about you

When you use App, we may collect and store your personal information provided by you. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain related activities.

The information provided by you at the time of signing in will be stored with us. We collect personally identifiable information (email address, name, phone number, gender, profile photo) collectively referred as “Personal Data” from you when you set up an account with us by registering. If you choose to leave feedback, we will collect that information you provide to us.

We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on our App. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities in the App, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.

Using your information

Collecting your personal information helps JBS to better understand what you need from us. We use this information to improve customer service, personalize user experience and send periodic email. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently. We may also use this information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided in our App.

Your personal information is safe with us and will never be released to companies outside JBS. We may use and share anonymous and/or aggregate information outside JBS. However, we would like to reassure you that this never includes personally identifiable information.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you use our App. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Disclosing your information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We will never disclose your information to anyone outside JBS except where we have your consent, where we are required or permitted to do so by law, order of the court or other legal and statutory process; to other companies who provide a service to us; or any successors in title to our business.

Sharing your Personal Data with other users of Hysab Kytab is completely under your control.

Choice/ Opt out

We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account.

If you want to remove your contact information from all our lists and newsletters, please send us a request via email to support@hysabkytab.com

Location

Some of the Hysab Kytab features may access and collect users’ current location data, including GPS coordinates or other similar information regarding the location of their device. Some features may not function properly if use of location data is blocked or disabled.

Please read this policy carefully; by accessing the Website and/or downloading the app you confirm to have understood and agreed to them.

Changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Login with Facebook or Google +

Users may also sign up for Hysab Kytab with their personal Facebook or Google + account. In that case, they shall give us all the requested permissions to collect their Personal Data. Users agree that we may process their Personal Data obtained from these sources in accordance with our privacy policy.
